FLUGE WINS SCCA RACE IN PREPARATION FOR ROSE CUPS 
Team FGA began 2012 with a first place finish in the Sports Car Club of America Championship Race at PIR on May 19. Driving the new vehicle was Nick Fluge, Lead Adventurer of FGA, complete with his crew and race management team from Pro Fab, led by Steve Gatrell and composed of Spence, Dave, Patrick and Troy. Team-mate Matt Crandall drove brilliantly and set new and blistering GT1 fast lap times but mechanical issues plagued him and placed his official race finish behind the front of the pack.
With the Rose Cup looming within one month, many favorites are stepping forward to vie for a win in that “oldest sports car race West of the Mississippi” event in mid-June. Besides Fluge and Crandall, long time champions Steve Hodge and Brian Richards are expected back along with two world class Porsche’s from Canada and San Francisco. Cindi Lux, considered one of the best drivers in her world class Dodge Viper, should also be in attendance.
Fluge is still uncertain of his Rose Cup participation due to a dicey schedule that includes World of Series Poker play in Las Vegas in June and July, but he is optimistic. With this said, his weekend of racing schedule found his favorite activity viewing an upcoming music video that was filmed on Sunday at PIR and due for release in later June. Direction and vocals/dance were led by up-and-coming stars Samantha and Amanda Yutzie known for their creative and entertaining audio and visual talents.
